We'll find out, with a look around There are feeble, thin and sinister motives abound. From up high, they're handing down Exalted edicts from the big end of town. Keep your hood around you, nothing at all confounds you With the spinning wheel, the hyper-real world surrounds you Gorge on gala greedily, we need this now! Groomed from birth consuming, coloured truths depending on... The point of view of the rallying agent, news entertainment. Now, we look to you for our daily fixation of real fabrication Kings and queens and their rise and fall A thousand leaders, good and bad, are backed against the wall. Tried and found in a circus court, truth is futile When one power influences all. Keep your head about you, notice the bias and the Scratch-marks down the back of business leaders and liars. Keep a sharper eye than the ruling elite Might like and look for motivation, In the blandest information. The point of view of the rallying agent, news entertainment. Now, we look to you for our daily fixation of real fabrication Keep your wits With all that fits What else sits? It befits what they tell you to believe.

On Hold 02:49
I’m aware of daily choices I’m not prepared to make. Try to see through dissonant noise, I’m turned around the other way. Is it something I like? A passage, a rite? Is it something they say? It’s a chill in the night, a New Year’s fright, it’s a sudden dismay. Life is always deals and dollars, let-downs and compromise. As we move along - further, wiser - can this ever be denied? What to do with this truth? Hold your head up aloof? Pretend it isn’t that way? Or scream and shout in the night, seek the beauty, the right to find a purer way? Hold on! To what you found out long ago. Life is too bleak to inspire much, when you keep your fire low. Burn as brightly as you dare… And we’ll move on from there.

Too Divine 05:53
Melon, cured ham and fine wine. Elegant are the cuffs, and a modern design. The night unwinds with silent rules refined. It's too divine. In the garden in silvery moonlight, Leading never a doubt into our young minds, A well-worn glint of stolen steel And a sharpened mind. Leaving dark prints on dewy grass. Breathing bracing night air in, Exhale, in advance, the sin. I could have chosen any of these Corn-starched, crumpled enemies But, my Lord, please tell me, How could I choose anyone but you? Candles shine on crystalline Glasses sticky with fortified wine. Lovers splinter, men group in hazy Rooms, while ladies vie and report on the night. In the night air it's easy to look at the lack. The distance between what you and what I have. My conscience flashing all the way back To the gap in the knife rack. Leaving dark prints on dewy grass. Breathing bracing night air in, Exhale, in advance, the sin. I could have chosen any of these Corn-starched, crumpled enemies But, my Lord, please tell me, How could I choose anyone but you?

Lily Bart 06:39
Taught to love a world you’re not a part of. And trade on fleeting charms to bend the rules. There’s a guilded gate, there’s a dinner at eight, There’s a sense of each one knowing their place. Cherished mother to son and along to the next one. Save a moment alone for careless love. But save a seat at the table for work to be done. There’s a dwindling line of scenarios - those who would leave you behind And those who’ll have you. There’s a factory floor in your nightmares now. You've come so far, you fret and doubt. It's such a pity. Silly baby, these old walls adorned With thorns and bars to keep you out. This chrysalid state, this perilous race, To split the armour. Shift your shape and fix your makeup, Hide yourself and I will see you. Machiavellian schemes work to ruin your dreams, Lily. Reputation sours, falls. Taste the venom, the indignation, my pariah in white. Don’t worry, Lily, it’s alright. Taught to love a world you’re not a part of. Take a final glance through the closing doors. You’re gonna hide tonight, in dreams, in vials, purchased darkly. You’ll never agonise anymore. You've come so far, you fret and doubt. It's such a pity. Silly baby, these old walls adorned With thorns and bars to keep you out. This chrysalid state, this perilous race, To split the armour. Shift your shape and fix your makeup, Hide yourself and I will see you. Now she’s all alone, all alone now. Now she’s all alone, all alone now. …
